If any of the content results into loss , damage or dispute to any party due to content posted on our website , that would be the matter between concerned parties and Worksfresh Solutions Private Limited cannot be considered as a party in dispute in whatsoever case , Anydegre.com is only a content display platform for various parties and does not hold any right on any content posted by any of our stakeholders (Candidates , Employer , Advertisers , Partners etc.) but if any party raised any objection on content on website , we hold the right to remove or delete the content from the website in whatsoever case without answerable to any party.
Your Anydegre.com Account
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information;
- You are thirteen (13) years of age or older upon registration;
- Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation, or any other obligation (including contractual obligation) you might have towards third parties.
Any Account you have created by registering on the Site may be deleted without warning if we believe that any representation and warranty you make hereunder is breached or inaccurate.
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password for your Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the Account or password of another Member at any time. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Account.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect (a) while you are using the Services IN ANY FORM, if you are a Visitor or User, and (b) for the duration of your membership, if you are a Member. You may delete your Account and end your membership at any time, for any or no reason by sending your request to Customer Care or from your account ; please note that even if you delete your Account but continue to use the Services as a Visitor, your use of the Services is still subject to this Agreement. Unless Anydegre.com has terminated your Account, you can start a new membership by registering and providing new details about the account. We may terminate your membership for any or no reason at any time by ceasing to provide the Services to you. You understand that termination of this Agreement and the Account you have created with us may involve deletion of your Account information from our live databases. We will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of your Account or related deletion of your information.
Rejection and Non Acceptance of Registration
Anydegre.com can at any point of time reject a particular registration (Candidates, users, advertisers and partners) if the party is found to use the site for actions that hampers the reputation of Anydegre.com business.
Subscriptions and payment
We may make certain Services available to you free of charge, up to certain limits as described on the Website (“Free Services”). Usage of the Services in excess of those limits requires a payment. We may terminate your access to the Free Services at any time without prior notice and will have no liability in respect of such termination. Without limiting the scope of clause 15, Free Services are provided without any warranty.
- If you use our Services and cross the limits of the Free Services we provide, the ‘Paid service’ section applies for you
- The “Invoice Payment” are the fees payable for your invoice, as specified to you when you use our Service beyond the free usage limit. You shall pay for the Invoice Payment to us for the term of your paid usage.
- You won’t be charged for using our services until your usage crosses the free usage limit. At the end of each month (considering you have used beyond our free usage limit), we will generate an invoice containing your usage information, and the due amount for that month.
- Invoice Fees are payable in the currency specified when you sign up for the Service and are exclusive of value added tax (or other applicable sales tax), which shall be added at the appropriate rate.
As long as you’re a paid user or have an outstanding balance with us, you will provide us with valid credit card information and authorize us to deduct the monthly invoice charges against that credit card (considering you have used beyond our free usage limit). We do not save card information that you provided, rather we use Stripe. You must replace the information for any credit card that expires with information for a different valid credit card. You can add multiple credit cards in our service, but only the card that you mark as Primary will be used to charge you for using paid services.
You won’t be entitled to a refund from us. As a postpaid service, it’s invalid. But if your invoice has inappropriate information due to any software bug or any other reason, we will refund the extra amount we charged within 14 working days after the discovery. You need to let us know about the extra amount charged from you.
Ownership; Use of Services
We do not claim ownership in any Content that you upload, provide, make available, or otherwise transfer ("post") on the Services, but to be able to legally provide our Users with the Services, we have to have certain rights to use such Content in connection with the Services, as set forth below. In return, we also grant you certain use rights as set forth in Section 2.2 to the Content that we (or our licensors) own and use to provide the Services to you and other Users. By posting any Content on the Services, you hereby grant to us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicenses) to use, copy, perform, display, create derivative works of, and distribute such Content in any and all media (now known or later developed) throughout the world. No compensation will be paid with respect to the Content that you post through the Services. You should only post Content to the Services that you are comfortable sharing with others under the terms and conditions set forth here in.
Third Party Content
The Services contain Content provided by us and our licensors ("Anydegre Content"). We and our licensors (including other Users) own and retain all proprietary rights in the Anydegre.com Content and we own and retain all property rights in the Services. Provided you are a User, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable license under the intellectual property rights licensable by us to download, view, copy and print Anydegre.com Content from the Services solely for your personal use in connection with using the Services.
Third Parties and Other Users
Services - Ownership and Restrictions
You acknowledge that all the intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding any Content provided by Users) are owned by Anydegre.com, or Anydegre.com content licensors. You agree not to (a) reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, publicly perform or display, sell, or create derivative works based on the Services or the Anydegre Content and (b) rent, lease, loan, or sell access to the Services. Content means any work of authorship or information, including Jobs, Company Placement Papers, Interview Reviews, reports , Community comments, ads, opinions, postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, works of authorship, e-mail, or other materials.
Content from other Users, advertisers, and other third parties is made available to you through the Services. Because we do not control such Content, (a) you agree that we are not responsible for any such Content, including advertising and information about third party products or service, employer, interview process , job description or job posting and any other information provided by other Members through Job posting, comments, and (b) we make no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, suitability, or quality of the information in such Content, and we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Content made available by other Users, advertisers, and third parties.
Your interactions with other Users on the Services or with advertisers, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the other User or advertiser. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such dealings or with respect to any other User's use or disclosure of information about you that you have provided to publicly available sections of the Services. If there is a dispute between you and any third party (including any User),we are under no obligation to become involved; however, we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.
Anydegre Member Interaction
You will not use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any User without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, we reserve the right to restrict the number of communications which a Member may send to other Members and the sharing of any Content in any period to a number and amount which we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
The Legal Basis on Which Anydegre Collects Your Personal Data
Anydegre collects and processes your Personal Data on the basis of different legal grounds, depending on the nature of the Personal Data being provided and the type of processing involved.
Performance of a Contract
Some of the Personal Data processed by Anydegre is performed on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, or in order to take steps at the request of the user prior to entering such an agreement. An example of this would be where Anydegre sends a Job Seeker’s application to an Employer.
A second ground relied upon by Anydegre for other types of processing of your Personal Data is that it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by Anydegre or an Employer. Examples of such legitimate interests will include where Anydegre sends you marketing about our products and services, where we believe you have a reasonable expectation that we will perform a particular type of processing on your behalf, where such processing is strictly necessary for fraud detection and prevention. Anydegre will only rely on such a ground where an assessment has been performed balancing the interests and rights involved and the necessity of the processing in order to provide our services, products and features to you.
Compliance with a Legal Obligation
A third ground relied upon for certain types of processing is that it is necessary in order to allow Anydegre to comply with a legal obligation. An example of this would be where Anydegre is required to retain business records for fixed periods of time in order to comply with local legal requirements.
Limitations of Use
Where a Anydegre Job Seeker Wants to Close a Job Seeker Account
When a Job Seeker closes an account, the Job Seeker will no longer have access to any of the data we make available under that account, including but not limited to, search history, job search preferences, saved jobs, jobs the Job Seeker has applied to, Job Alerts, resume, and any other data associated with the account. If the Job Seeker uses the same email address to set up a new account, this data from a previous account will not become available to the Job Seeker again. Please also note that closing your Job Seeker account may result in you losing access to some of our products and the ability to utilize the “log in with Anydegre” feature found on certain third party sites.
Anydegre reserves the right to keep any materials in a closed account as necessary to preserve and protect its rights to the extent permitted by law (for example, to preserve records of a dispute) or to comply with its obligations under local law (for example, if requested to retain by law enforcement). A closed account does not mean that all of the data is expunged from the Anydegre systems, although it will not be readily available under the Job Seeker’s original account. When the Job Seeker presses the close account button on the dashboard, Anydegre will begin to process that instruction within 24 hours and will have completed the operation within 40 days.
Where an Anydegre Employer Wants to Disable an Employer Account
Where a Anydegre Job Seeker Wants to Delete a Job Application
If a Job Seeker wants to delete a job application performed on the Sites, they are advised to contact the prospective Employer directly to request deletion of their application. For job applications which you, the Job Seeker submit through the Sites (including the use of an Anydegre Apply button) to an Employer, (with related materials submitted), please note: 1) that your applications and materials may be controlled by an Employer and 2) we may direct you to that Employer for Personal Data deletion requests where that Personal Data is held by that Employer.
Where the Employer Contact Details Provided to Anydegre Are Incorrect
Anydegre depends on the Employer or the Employer’s agent to provide Anydegre with the correct destination for all applications. In the event that the electronic destination provided to Anydegre is incorrect, your application materials will not be sent to the intended recipient of the application. Anydegre has no liability for such applications. If you do not wish to send your application materials in this manner, you should send them directly to the Employer.
@ Anydegre mail Addresses
When communicating through Anydegre’s message relay system, you will see an email address with an @ Anydegre.com or @ Anydegre.com ending. You understand that you retain no ownership rights in these email addresses, which are specific to Employers’ Job Listings, but are owned by Anydegre. However, Anydegre’s relay system will show the name associated with your account or job application in the “To:” or “From:” field. In addition, the above shall apply to any email addresses added to a thread when communicating via Anydegre’s message relay system. Specifically, if you choose to add additional recipients to an ongoing email thread through Anydegre’s message relay system, the additional recipient(s) will also be assigned @ Anydegre.com or @ Anydegre.com addresses as well. Please note that emails which include an email address ending in @ Anydegre.com or @ Anydegre.com will be stored on our systems. You should not send a message to an email address ending in @ Anydegre.com or @ Anydegre.com if you do not wish for this to happen.
Please also note that since these message proxy and relay services depend on the functionality of third-party providers, there may be technical delays on the part of those email service providers.
Creating an Account, Sending You Job Alerts and Other Promotional Materials
If and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Anydegre may use the information you provide to us, such as your contact information and information about your activity on our Sites, to
- Create an account for you;
- Send you Job Alerts;
- Send you Invitations to additional roles, where you can apply, interview, or take additional action such as confirming your interest, and
- Send you information about the Sites, including by displaying our promotional materials to you on third-party platforms. Anydegre may use third-party partners to perform these activities on Anydegre’s behalf.
A Job Alert is an email that you sign up for containing Job Listings in response to a search query you have run. A company alert is one type of Job Alert which contains Job Listings and other information you have requested regarding a company. Job Alerts may also include jobs that are recommended for you, Anydegre Targeted Ads, companies you may be interested in following, or other actions you may want to take on the Sites. The frequency of Job Alerts may be adjusted by Anydegre on the Sites.
An Invitation delivered by Anydegre is a notice sent to you inviting you to take action on a Job Listing that may be relevant to you, which you may receive via email, notification, or push notification depending on your preferences. Anydegre may invite you to apply, interview, confirm your interest, or take other actions based on your previous job search and application history on Anydegre, and any information, including Personal Data, you upload to the Site. Anydegre may also send Invitations on behalf of Employers who determine your resume to be a relevant match for their Job Listing. If you agree to share Your Resume with Anydegre on affiliate Sites, Anydegre may send you an Invitation. If Your Resume is public on Anydegre, employers may send you an Invitation to apply, interview, or confirm your interest, when they post relevant Job Listings.
In the employer account settings, we offer users the ability to invite other users to link their Anydegre employer accounts, and in doing so, assign invited users specific roles that provide varying levels of access to information, including candidate Personal Data, contained in the user’s account who initiated the invite. If you are an Employer and you invite other Anydegre users to link their accounts to yours, you agree that such linked users may have access to any and all information in your account. Depending on the roles assigned to a particular linked user, this may include, but not be limited to, resume contacts, application materials and statuses, communications with applicants, any action taken by a you or another user linked to the account and when you took that action, and billing information within the account.
If you accept another user’s invitation to link your Employer account to their Employer account, you acknowledge that any and all information about your activity in your Employer account, including without limitation the actions you take and when you take them, will be visible to all linked users. Linked users will not be able to see your activity, such as your job searches, applications or preferences or your Anydegre Profile information, in your Job Seeker account.
You may visit your account settings at any time to unlink your account. The administrator assigned to an Employer account may also unlink any user from that Employer account at any time, and may be notified if your linked account is used to login from too many devices.
Giving You Relevant Search Results and Recommended Jobs
In order to optimize our services, products and features for you, we may use your previous search and browsing history (e.g. the jobs you click on), or application materials and answers to screener questions, to identify you, determine relevant search results and reach out to you about jobs you may be interested in. We may also your Anydegre Profile data to tailor your experience on the Sites and to display content according to your preferences. We may return different results for the same search query and have full discretion with respect to the Job Listings we present in response to any particular search. In the event that you have applied to a job that is being serviced by Anydegre services, Anydegre may invite you to consider additional roles, where you can apply, interview, confirm your interest, or take other actions related to a Job Listing.
Your Contact Information
When you give the Sites contact information (such as your name and email address) and other forms of Personal and Non-Personal Data, you agree that we may utilize this information for the purposes outlined in sections 4, 5 and 9, to the extent applicable. In particular, you agree that we may, as part of our services to you, communicate with you, or initiate communication with you on behalf of a third party, through your account or through other means such as email, telephone (including mobile phone), text message or postal mail. This includes communication through the use of contact information that you may provide to us or that we may otherwise obtain from third-party resources. Should you apply to a job that is supported by our Anydegre Hire product, a Hiring Specialist may use your contact information to conduct or coordinate interviews with you, and provide you with updates throughout the hiring process. We may also analyze our users’ contact information in the aggregate to better understand our users and improve our products and services.
Your Resume Information
By creating a public resume through the Site (“Anydegre Resume”) or uploading a file resume on the Site (collectively, “Your Resume” or “Job Seeker Resume”), you are requesting and authorizing Anydegre to make available Your Resume to third parties, such as Employers, that Anydegre believes may have an interest in Your Resume. If you do not want Anydegre to make available Your Resume to third parties or if you do not want Employers to contact you, set your Anydegre Resume and uploaded file resume to private, as detailed below.
If you have an Anydegre account, an Anydegre Resume, or an uploaded file resume, you agree that Anydegre may associate Your Resume data with information you provide on the Site in the “Profile” section of your account (collectively, your “Anydegre Profile”). This includes Your Resume, your scores on any Anydegre Assessments you may have taken and any information in the “About me” section, such as your desired job title, job types, work schedule, whether you are ready to work, or pay.
Matching Job Seekers With Employers
If you have an account or an Anydegre Resume, you agree that we may contact you or suggest you or your public resume to Employers that might be interested in a person who matches your activity on Anydegre. In addition, if you are located in the United States and you set Your Resume to public, this means that Anydegre may share all of the aforementioned information about you with recruiters working for or on behalf of Employers. If you do not wish to share such information, you may set Your Resume to private.
Optimizing Job Campaigns
Preventing Fraud and Spam
For example, Anydegre is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission in the United States, the Data Protection Commission of Ireland, and many other regulatory bodies. We may use a variety of methods to detect and address anomalous activity and screen content to prevent abuse such as spam or fraud. However, such detection methods are not perfect and false positives may occur. These efforts may, on occasion, result in a temporary or permanent suspension or termination of some functions for some users.
Preventing Fraud and Spam in Messages
Anydegre reserves the right to verify and confirm the identity of any party associated with an email relay. This includes but is not limited to verifying the identity of the sender of an email with the Employer agents associated with that email address on the relevant Job Listing.
Anydegre.com, (AD) is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated. This policy may change from time to time so please check back periodically.
A user must register in order to utilize the job search and candidate matching service. During registration, a user is required to provide certain categories of information, such as name, address, college information, e-mail address and password. In addition, a user may choose to provide other categories of information, such as career objectives, prior work history, job related skills and other job search related information. Anydegre encourages its users to provide all of these fields of information so that users may maximize the effectiveness of the job search and candidate matching services.
Passive Collection of Information
In addition to the information that you actively provide to Anydegre by methods such as completing the registration form, Anydegre collects information about how you interact with our site. Anydegre collects passive information for purposes such as testing and improving a user's experience at the site and the compilation of broad aggregate demographic data and related usage information for internal purposes and for disclosure to third parties such as advertisers and content partners. The types of passive information collected by this site include, without limitation, your IP address, which type of browser you are using, where you go on our site, and how long you stay on any part of our site. Passive information does not identify you to Anydegre by name, and Anydegre does not link your IP address to your personally identifiable information.
Refer a Friend
You can choose to let a friend know about Anydegre through our Refer a Friend program. If you choose to use the Refer a Friend program, we will ask you for your friend's name and e-mail address and Anydegre will send your friend an e-mail inviting him or her to visit Anydegre to learn more about our services. Anydegre does not store your friend's contact information.
At various other points during your visit to Anydegre, you may be asked to provide information about yourself. For example, you may indicate that you wish to participate in a partner company sponsored contest. At this point your information would become the property of both Anydegre and the partner co-sponsoring the contest. In instances such as this, Anydegre is not responsible for the information that the partner company receives. Participation in surveys or contests or the use of other services that require the input of additional information is completely voluntary on your part, and you have the choice about whether to disclose the information necessary to use these features of our site.

Applying to a Job Posting
When applying for a job on Anydegre, you respond directly to the employer and this is considered confidential information. Under NO circumstances does Anydegre publicize your confidential response to any particular company.

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. Your Anydegre account Information is password-protected.
